1. INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS
All products from The Golden Pavlova are handcrafted and may contain—or come into contact
with—dairy, eggs, nuts, or other allergens.
• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to notify guests of potential allergens.
• Liability: The Golden Pavlova is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.
• Freshness: To ensure the best experience, all products are intended to be consumed on the day of delivery or pickup.
2. ORDERS AND FULFILLMENT
• Lead Times: We require a minimum of two (2) days for standard orders and three (3) days for Jumbo Pavlova products. Short-notice requests are subject to availability.
• Delivery: Once the product has been delivered and a "change of hands" is complete, the customer assumes full responsibility for the care and storage of the cake according to our instructions.
• Missed Deliveries: If a customer is unavailable at the agreed-upon time/location and cannot be reached, the product will be returned to our premises. The customer will then be responsible for arranging a pickup.
3. ON-SITE PAVLOVA EXPERIENCE
• Access & Environment: The Customer must provide a cool, shaded area (preferably indoors with climate control) and proper lighting for assembly. The Golden Pavlova is not responsible for structural failure or melting due to improper environmental conditions provided by the Customer.
• Timeframe: A specific assembly window will be agreed upon. Please ensure the venue is accessible at this time. Delays caused by the venue or Customer may result in an additional service fee.
• Liability: Once assembly is complete, The Golden Pavlova is no longer liable for any damage caused by guests, weather, or improper handling.
4. PICKUP
The customer assumes all liability for any damage or mishap once the order has been released from our care. The Golden Pavlova is not responsible for any damage occurring during transit or storage after pickup.
5. CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS
We understand plans change! If you need to postpone or cancel, please notify us via text, DM, or email at info@thegoldenpavlova.com at least 48 hours in advance. New fulfillment dates are subject to our current availability.
6. NEWSLETTER AND PRIVACY
By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive occasional updates, seasonal menu reveals, and exclusive offers.

• Data Usage: Your data is used strictly to fulfill your pavlova orders, coordinate delivery/assembly, and—if you’ve opted in—to send you our newsletter via our email service provider.
• Payment Security: We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Zelle, or our encrypted card processor).
• Cookies: Our website uses cookies to improve your shopping experience (e.g., remembering what’s in your cart).
